Oktoberfest is Germanys festival beer. We use a blend of Light, Amber, and wheat dry malt extracts to produce a bright copper color lager with a creamy white head. This beer is nicely balanced with a traditional blend of Hallertauer, Hersbrucker, and Tettnanger hops. This is one of our personal favorites for introducing new people to fine homebrew. You will find that all great beers have two things in common: the finest ingredients and the best recipes. Ours have both! With freshness and quality in mind, we produce all our kits on demand.
