Pros: Everything, Looks, Variety, Taste, Just Pure Excellence.Cons: Nothing, Machine does exactly what it says.I was debating between Tassimo and Keurig knowing that Keurig was released first and had more backers of coffee but Tassimo had more capability and the bar scanner to brew a certain recipe plus the fact that it can froth milk just sold me, I just didn't want simple hot beverage maker which is what the Keurig is, what I wanted was my personal coffee shop on my counter and this is what the Tassimo is. When I have guest over and offer a hot beverage and they reply "yes", I surprise them with " would you like a Latte, espresso, hot chocolate, chai latte, tea, cafe crema, cappuccino, or just plain coffee" this machine makes it all and it tastes wonderful.I ended up choosing the T20 because it would be mainly myself using it and cost was nice for $79.99 also if you register the product they give 2 packs of 16 t-cups which I got (carte noire kenya coffee) and Mastro Lorenzo which both are very good and strong. The back plate of the unit can be changed to different colors like blue, orange, red, green, etc… the unit has 3 levels for cups and on Bosch Tassimo website there are so many choices of beverages from many places around the world.I've been using the machine since July and still working wonderfully, the only thing I recommend is brew one beverage and wait a bit because the condensation builds up pretty fast which will drip on the side but only when brewing
multiple cups. Make sure you clean the dispenser as it will build with coffee gunk. I think the aesthetic are much cleaner then the Keurig. I love my Tassimo and still happy with my choice and think anyone who loves variety will too.
